This policy explains how Andro Dollar Network (PVT) LTD (“we”, “us”), operating as Andro Dollar Services, handles personal information when you visit services.androdollar.com or contact us. We are based in Sri Lanka and follow the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and handle information from visitors in other countries with the same care.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us: when you use the contact form, email, WhatsApp, FaceTime or a phone call, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your budget range and your message.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support the work you engage us for, and keep the records required for accounting and legal purposes. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.
Who we share it with
Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox by a form-delivery service, and conversations on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers process your information only to deliver it to us. Otherwise, we share information only when required by law or with your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email services@androdollar.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
